MEET THE PARLOUR MAIDS!
The Imperfect Parlour was created in March 2015, following a crazy love affair with chalk paint; Annie Sloan chalk paint to be exact!
With the beautiful finish that can be acquired through Annie's beautiful quality paint and with the growing trend of the popular shabby chic look, the thrill of seeing a plain piece of furniture transform into something special is a joy to behold! It's actually an addiction!
We are Jo and Heather (the Parlour Maids!), two paint-crazy mums who love to transform our clients furniture into something truly unique to give their home a whole new look and feel. We always fall in love with each piece as we work on them and find them extremely hard to part with! It is for this reason that we give each piece a name and a story behind their character.
Using a range of painting, colour and restoration techniques (and of course a brilliant imagination!) we are able to bring an experienced portfolio to fit different styles in the home. We also have an online store where our unique and quality furniture range from antique pieces that have been given new life to some more modern items to fit your style and interior.
